your account: When registering for your Wiredsurvey Account, you will select a login ID and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password. You are also responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.
You also agree to make no efforts to gain unauthorized access to any other account aside from your own. Under no circumstance will the sharing of accounts be permitted. Accessing or attempting to access another account, given the information within will be dealt with through the strictest of measures and actions. It is extremely important that you guard your Login ID and Password. You are solely responsible for your Login ID and Password.
You retain ownership of all your data for as long as you have an active account with Wiredsurvey. The information held within the account was created by you and rightfully belongs to you. Under no circumstance will we access, sell, rent or trade your information. Only under valid legal reasons like search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order will we make information deemed by authorities accessible.
termination: If, at any time, we, Wiredsurvey, believe you, the Customer, Partner or Client are in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, we may immediately terminate this agreement without liability at any time without your prior consent.
billing policy: When registering for an account you agree to provide true and up to date information. You will be solely responsible for keeping your account up to date with correct billing address, contacts and email address.
As agreed by you at time of purchase, all invoices are due at time of purchase. You agree to pay the invoices for all statements upon receipt. You also agree that submission of Credit Card information constitutes authorization by you to be billed by Wiredsurvey for your specified amounts. Cancellation of your account will include termination of all information and that information will no longer be retrievable by you or Wiredsurvey. All accounts in arrears in excess 30 days will constitute a hold on your account. We will contact you with a termination letter that will take affect within 30 days of receipt. At that time you will be required to either pay the full amount plus a $25 admin fee to move your account back to active or your account will be terminated and all information lost and no longer retrievable or responsible by Wiredsurvey.
From time to time we may change our Privacy Policy and you are aware that these changes will be posted on this web site.
